Welcome to our terms and conditions of use for halfmooninteriors.co.uk. Please read through these carefully before placing your enquiry. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

DELIVERY

There is a £5 charge for all orders under £100.  Orders £100 or above will be delivered free of charge.  Delivery is available in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) only.  We are unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland.

Orders will be sent on a 48 hour tracked service, normally Royal Mail or Parcel Force.  You will be emailed tracking information.

We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible and within 2 -3 working days of receiving your order.

 

CANCELATION OR NOT FULFILLING YOUR ORDER

Our right to not accept your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to not fulfil any order in the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:

* the product is not available / in stock;

* your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;

* your enquiry is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual enquiry or an enquiry

susceptible to fraud;

* we have reason to believe that you are a reseller;

* there was an error in the price quote;

* we could not deliver to the address provided by you;

 

PAYMENT

Payment will be taken when the order is placed

All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We cannot accept gift vouchers as payment for online orders.

 

RETURNS

No returns can be accepted without prior authorisation. Authorisation and return must be completed within 14 days off receiving the goods.  All items returned must be in their original packaging, fully complete, unused and undamaged. If you return goods via post please note that we are not liable for the costs. We recommend using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (with sufficient compensation cover for the value of contents) or a delivery service such as DHL, please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.

Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method, please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. The cost of postage from your order will not be refunded.  Where a returned item takes your order below the free postage value,  £5 will be deducted from the refund.

FAULTY GOODS

All items are checked before despatch and carefully packed.  All goods should be checked upon receipt and in the unlikely event any item arrives damaged we should be notified of this by email, info@halfmooninteriors.co.uk.   Emails should contain your order number, a description of the issue and a photograph of the fault/damage. We will then assess this and if the item(s) is to be returned we will email you a prepaid postage label.  We will not be liable for any postage costs incurred for damaged goods returned without using our prepaid label.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor's display, we cannot guarantee that any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto our system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will be refunded for the out of stock items.

We continually update our online store. From time to time our retail store may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our web-site) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail store.

 

The laws of England shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. Your statutory rights are not affected.
